DTS Studios Team
Ian Johnson is a cinematographer and director based in Maryland, and the founder of Dreams To Screens Studios.
He set out to become a mechanical engineer. A 3D printer led him to CAD, CAD led him to Blender, and Blender led him to visual effects. Teaching himself VFX, compositing and editing turned a hobby into a career, and curiosity about life on set pulled him behind the camera.
Today he works across commercials, short films and episodic projects, from lighting the set as a gaffer to the final grade as a colorist.
Tell us what you're making and we'll take it from there.
